Mr. Abdo Shamakh N. Al Shebani

Established SHAFA in 1982
Mr. Abdo Shamakh demonstrates integrity, creates an inspiring vision, sets directions, encourage & builds an effective team with collaborative relationships. His leadership reflects the long-standing continuance of dependability and responsibility.
Mr. Mohammed Nasser
General Manager
Began his career with SHAFA since 2014, with a creative mindset.
Mr. Mohammed defines the company’s long-term strategic goals & implements the Chairman’s vision. He is involved in all aspects of the company from construction projects management, budget control, standards, procedures and investments.
Mr. Mohammed is a graduate in BSC with Hons in Construction Project Management from Aston University-UK.
Mr. Aref Mohammed Derham
Projects Director
Began his career with SHAFA in 2003 and he is holding a degree of MSC Architecture.
Mr. Aref plays an integral role in managing all aspects of the company’s project operations. He ensures project sites are running efficiently and effectively while maintaining project schedule and budget.
The implementation of safety and quality is his highest priority on any of his sites. His experience working under tight deadlines makes him a valuable asset to any project team.
Mr. Saji Devasia
Group Finance Manager
Mr. Saji began his career with SHAFA in 2008 and he is holding a dgree in BCOM.
He is managing the overall financial leadership, including the oversight of group financial strategy, financial reporting and corporate finance. He also investigates ways to improve profitability, and analyze markets for business opportunities, such as expansion, mergers or acquisitions.
Mr. Vijay Shinde
RMC- Plant Manager
Joined Shafa in 2007 and holding Bachelor degree in Science. Mr. Shinde is actively involved in the management of Shafa Business & responsible to provide best services to the customers. Responsible for the operation of ready mix business & takes necessary measures to produce quality product & preventive maintenance of plants and machineries.
He ensures to develop & manage the strategic plans and budgets, while ensuring compliance of all the regulation with labor, safety, environment and corporate policies.
